House Updates

Monday, September 14, 2015

We've made progress on our house projects over the last few months. Most of our projects lately have been smaller, like painting. In July, we got my craft room set up, which I'll post about tomorrow.

We painted the hallway walls and trim. The walls are painted the same color as the downstairs living room, Benjamin Moore Moonshine. Now that the walls are painted I want to hang up a gallery wall of family photos taken in the last 5 years or so. In the stairwell I hung up a gallery wall of our childhood photos.
I hung up new art in the living room. This is on the right of the fireplace. On the left side I put thrift store art.

I bought this Cole and Son wallpaper at Anthropologie for our powder bath, and I got an amazing deal! I need 2 more rolls to completely paper the powder bath, which would cost about $400. We're considering putting up beadboard instead, that way we wouldn't need to buy more wallpaper. I have no idea when this project will get done. Probably not anytime soon. Ha!
