Six random things

Monday, January 12, 2009

I was tagged by KD and Tania.

1. Link to the person that tagged you
2. Post the rules on your blog
3. Share six non-important things/habits/quirks about yourself
4. Tag six random people at the end of your post by linking to their blogs
5. Let each random person know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their website.
6. Let your tagger know when your entry is up.

Stuff about me:

1. I hate broccoli, but Shawn just can't seem to understand this. Broccoli is one of his favorite foods, and he is determined to make me like it too. Every time I visit him he makes broccoli a different way. But I just don't like it! I don't like it steamed, I don't like it raw, I don't like it with cheese, and I don't like it with various seasonings.

2. My latest obsession is Vera Bradley's peacock pattern.

For Christmas I got the Villager, the pen case, the travel organizer, and large makeup bag. It was a Vera Bradley Christmas!

3. I don't like it when people call my hair blond. Strawberry blond or red is acceptable, but it is NOT blond!

4. I like really big purses. I need to fit a lot of things in my purse, like a couple magazines, a water bottle and snacks, plus all the normal stuff. It might be easier to pull off the big purse look if I wasn't so petite. Several people have told me that my purse is bigger than me.

5. My favorite book and movie is Gone With the Wind. Several years ago my family was driving through Atlanta to get to Florida, and I saw several billboard advertisements for Gone With the Wind museums. I really wanted to stop at some of the museums, but my sisters aren't very interested in GWTW memorabilia. A year later, during my Spring Break my mom took me to Atlanta to check out the museums. It was so much fun!

6. My favorite shoes are flip flops. I would gladly wear them all year long, except I'm a wimp and can't stand the cold. Hurry up and go away Winter! I want to wear my flip flops!

I'm supposed to tag six people, but I don't know anyone who hasn't already been tagged, so I'm just going to skip over that part.

  1. Blonde? No way! Can you say colorblind?

I'd wear summer shoes, open toes, and flops all year too if I could. I think SanDiego will kick hiney because of this. I can actually DO it! :)
