Ready for Fall

Thursday, October 2, 2008

I am so ready for fall. The weather isn't cooperating, though. The temperature stays around 85 degrees. Regardless of the weather, I'm ready: I painted some little pumpkins and set them outside my door. My roommate said several people have admired our pumpkins.

I bought some Apple Cinnamon air freshener, and now our room smells like fall.

And I made some Apple Cider tea. I just added some packets of Apple Cider to my tea. It's pretty good. Next time I'm going to mix in a bag of Tazo Organic Apple Red. My dad likes to concoct different iced tea varieties and then makes me guess what tea he put in it. I usually guess right. I guess his tea concoctions have rubbed off on me too.

Last week my photography class went on a Fall Photo Shoot. Here are some of my photos.

On Tuesday we were having a Photoshop editing day with the photos from the shoot. I just wanted to edit them on my computer, using MY photoshop, so I decided it would be a great day to miss class. I went to the Annex (the Interior Design building) to work on my real client project. After finally emerging from the Annex, who is the first person I see? My photography teacher. He reprimanded me for missing class, and told me that I was really behind. I told him that I have my very own version of Photoshop, and I was just going to edit my photos on my computer, which I like better than the school's computer.
